Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund. Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to exchange your item. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange the exchange. If the new item has a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at demo@xinfer.ai or call 1-888-666-1834.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back.
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, subscription products that have already been opened or used, and items marked as final sale. Used or damaged products are also not eligible for return.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we've processed the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
